Congratulations, your license has successfully been parked with CURB, Non Realtor real estate brokers. You can now avoid paying the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and local Board fees.

While your license is parked you will still be able to conduct a transaction as well as work as a referral agent in real estate and collect referral fees.

When you need to refer a client to an agent contact us at: transaction@CURB.estate  so we can process your referral for you.

When you are ready to take your license out of the parking lot, let us know right 

away so we can change your license back. Please allow 24 hours to process.
