1) Confirm your DBA name is an approved name with the DRE.

2) Go the the Los Angeles County's Recorders website to download the Fictitious Business Name Statement. When filling out the form you     must use the CURB address:

3) After your DBA is published for 4 weeks, please email both your

Proof of Publication and your Fictitious Business Name Statement 

to: broker@CURB.estate
